Comfori’s In House team prides itself in their quick response time to clients’ enquiries and request, their ability to source for the right trainers and the right programs at the right price.
The team takes pro-active action to recommend alternative speakers or programs to better suit the needs and ensures that all clients’ needs are met from each and every training session.
The team does not just stop here. Evaluation forms are handed out to each participant to gather feedback on the overall training quality, including the trainer and the contents. The in house team will also contact the relevant person in charge personally to get additional feedback. The evaluation is important for Comfori to do an analysis and make improvements. In addition to this, a summary of the evaluations will also be given to the trainer in order to help them make improvements where necessary.
